What we collect
When you use the quote form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, postcode, what needs cleaning, approximate size, surface type, any notes and any photos you choose to upload.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any work you go on to book. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third-party marketing companies or lead brokers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the quote and any resulting work, plus a reasonable period for our own records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact hello@pressurewashingipswich.co.uk and we will deal with it.
